Senior Business Data Analyst

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analytics, data analysis, and strategy development.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop reports to centralize performance metrics and provide segmented views for deep-dive analysis
- Optimize reporting tools and processes to improve efficiency
- Extract, clean, and structure data for recurring and ad-hoc analyses using SQL
- Support revenue and retention forecasting to inform company strategy
- Analyze A/B tests and pilots to measure impact across squads
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Document workflows to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into action
Responsibilities Continued:
- Work closely with senior analysts, company leaders, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Help us better understand and improve business performance by supporting the development of reporting infrastructure and running key analyses
- Contribute to growing your career in data and strategy
- Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about how businesses grow and operate
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data tools
- Knowledge of SQL (Python is a plus)
- Experience in at least one BI tool (Tableau, Metabase, QlikSense, Microsoft Power BI)
- Ability to turn data into clear insights and communicate findings effectively
- Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, sense of ownership, and eagerness to grow
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
