Job Title: Strategic Hematology Account Manager
We are seeking a driven professional to lead a team of specialists, managing region strategy and execution, account management, cross-functional collaboration, engagement of key thought leaders, and education of stakeholders on the clinical profile of ZYNLONTA.
Responsibilities:- Meet or exceed business objectives within compliance framework
- Establish partnerships with key stakeholders within accounts and serve as single-point of contact
- Develop understanding of accounts and perception/sentiment towards ZYNLONTA
- Develop robust account plans for each key account and collaborate across organization to execute on plans
- Be player/coach for area business including performance of own accounts as well as managing performance of Hematology Therapeutic Specialists
- Be expert on clinical profile of ZYNLONTA and clearly articulate value proposition to key stakeholders
- Utilize approved materials and resources to drive awareness and advocacy for ZYNLONTA
- Understand mapping of physicians and key stakeholders within each account to best drive advocacy for ZYNLONTA
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
- 7+ years in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device industry preferred
- Oncology/Hematology experience preferred
- Experience with buy and bill products preferred
- Account management experience
- People management experience preferred but not required
- Outstanding communication, listening skills, collaboration, business acumen, follow-through, and ability to influence
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing and complex environment
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to comply with credentialing
- Travel expectation: On average 4 days/week and as needed for conference coverage
