\Strategic Account Leadership\

The role of the Associate Director, Strategic Accounts is to lead a team of Hematology Therapeutic Specialists in Southern California. This involves direct management, regional strategy development, account management, cross-functional collaboration, and education of key stakeholders on the clinical profile of ZYNLONTA.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Meet or exceed business objectives within our compliance framework.
  • Establish partnerships with key stakeholders within accounts and serve as the single-point of contact for ADC Therapeutics.
  • Full people management responsibilities for their team of Hematology Therapeutic Specialists.
  • Develop robust account plans for each key account and collaborate across the organization to execute on plans.
  • Be a player/coach for area business, including performance of their own accounts as well as managing the performance of their Hematology Therapeutic Specialists.
\Requirements:\
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 7+ years in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device industry, preferably in Oncology/Hematology.
  • Experience with buy and bill products is preferred.
  • Account management experience.
  • People management experience is preferred but not required.
  • Outstanding communication, listening skills, collaboration, business acumen, follow-through, and ability to influence.
