Business Growth Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team and drive the growth of our Selling Partners. As a key member of our Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS) team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to help our partners achieve their business objectives.

Our team is dedicated to providing leading-edge strategic consultancy using a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach. We aim to leverage the full potential of each Amazon Selling Partner on Amazon by addressing all facets of the Amazon Marketplace, including Expansion, Portfolio Optimization, Fulfillment Strategy, Product Presentation, Promotions, Advertising Strategy, and Brand Building.

As a Business Growth Strategist, you will work closely with our Selling Partners to understand their individual needs and develop tailored solutions to drive their business growth and program satisfaction. You will use your analytical know-how to proactively identify untapped potential in each partner's business and provide actionable insights to support their growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies, as well as strong pipeline management skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. A background in Salesforce or other CRM tools is also highly desirable.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of Selling Partners to drive their business growth and program satisfaction.
  • Providing profound business recommendations and actionable insights through the use of analytical tools and customer data.
  • Building long-term relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within prospective accounts.

In addition to driving business growth, you will also play a key role in developing processes, tools, and content for our new service, working closely with cross-functional teams and colleagues in other countries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
  • Professional or military experience.
  • Pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
