About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional service excellence manager to join our Customer Success Department. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for leading a group of experts within Solution Operations, Cloud Ops Engineers, and Quality Assurance. Your primary objectives will include designing and implementing efficient processes for solution hosting and automatic deployment of solutions to our customers, either on-premise or in the cloud.

  • Heading a team of experts within Solution Operations, Cloud Ops Engineers, and Quality Assurance
  • Designing and implementing processes for solution hosting and automatic deployment of solutions to our customers
  • Supporting the team to analyze the impact of changed APIs and technology on customer solutions
  • Continuously exploring new technologies to enhance customer experience and value of service
  • Ensuring that customers are kept up-to-date with the latest software versions on a reliable, cost-efficient solution maintained with proactivity in focus
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong leadership skills, a passion for modern operating ways, and the ability to envision future needs in the organization. You should have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with your team, other departments, and senior management. Problem-solving skills are also essential, as you'll be required to identify and solve problems that arise within your team or department.
