As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the financial acumen of our commercial team. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving efficiency and improving KPIs by understanding sales funnels and key metrics.

About This Role
  • Coach and improve the financial knowledge of a commercial team.
  • Understand sales funnel and key metrics to drive efficiency and improve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success and credit teams to manage Book of Business of key accounts.
  • Assess client's overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop product-based growth plan.
  • Manage Tribal's portfolio of complex financial products.
  • Nurture client base and build win-win relationships.
  • Network, generate leads and grab opportunities.
Your Profile
  • 5+ years of experience selling complex financial products, loans, working capitals.
  • 1+ years as a lead or manager of a team.
  • Proven track record of managing high volume pipeline and closing deals from outbound and inbound.
  • Successfully sold into mid-market commercial accounts.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills & experience working with Salesforce or similar CRMs.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English required.
