Our TeamWe are seeking a high-performing Strategic Leader to join our Mobility business in a rotational role. This opportunity will enable an execution-oriented leader to gain a deep understanding of our operation across core strategic areas.
Your ResponsibilitiesRotate across key verticals to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and operational levers. Drive strategic analyses and actionable insights to inform high-impact decisions. Design and execute pilots and initiatives with clear ownership of results and speed of delivery.
RequirementsStrong analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize complexity and drive toward practical, scalable solutions. A bias for action: pragmatic, hands-on, and comfortable with ambiguity and fast decision-making. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
