Job Description:

This Systems Analyst position involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable systems and automation solutions to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Automation and Intelligent Document Processing
    • Develop and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
    • Implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) workflows to automate document handling and data extraction.
  • Infrastructure and Cloud Systems
    • Design and manage cloud infrastructure following Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to ensure scalability and reliability.
    • Collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to set up and maintain virtual environments for development, testing, and production.
    • Ensure systems are secure, updated, and optimized for performance.
  • DevOps and Scripting
    • Use GitHub for version control and scripting automation to enable continuous integration and delivery.
    • Create scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
    • Support product lifecycle management through automation and monitoring.
  • Monitoring and Reporting
    • Collect and analyze system usage and performance metrics to inform business decisions.
    • Build dashboards and reports to support operational oversight and strategic planning.
  • Documentation and Compliance
    • Maintain internal documentation, knowledge base articles, and wikis to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
    • Validate MSP operational activities and ensure compliance with change management procedures.
    • Implement updates and modifications following formal protocols to minimize risk.
