Offshore Installation Leader
Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Offshore Installation Leader to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires the ability to lead and manage offshore installation projects from start to finish.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage offshore installation teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or project management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in offshore installation, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of offshore installation practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
