Named Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team in Sao Paulo. The role will involve implementing sales strategies to drive growth and exceed targets within a defined list of key accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers.
  • Utilize consultative selling approaches to address business needs and provide solutions that meet customer objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and position compelling solutions that drive down total cost of ownership.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through relationship-building and prospecting.
  • Establish and manage key channel relationships to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Formulate and execute tactical plans to drive demand generation and lead acquisition.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and tactics.
The Team:

This role reports to the LATAM Regional Sales Director/VP of Sales and is part of a broader team that includes experienced field engineers and industry-leading support resources.

Qualifications:

You possess a proven track record of success in sales, with a hunter mentality and ability to cultivate relationships with existing customers while penetrating new markets.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in addition to 8+ years of technology sales experience.
  • Proven track record of direct sales into target accounts within the assigned territory and exceeding sales targets.
  • Relevant data center or networking (LAN/WAN, SDN) industry background from a technology partner, competitor, or end user is required.
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships within the territory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior selling experience and technical acumen in one or more areas; Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Network Automation, Routing, Data Center, Edge Computing, Network Virtualization, Hyper-converged infrastructure or Cloud computing.
