Overview

This role combines helpdesk support with operational responsibilities, requiring a versatile professional.

We are looking for someone who can adapt to our dynamic environment and take ownership of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional customer support via email, chat, and phone, requiring in-depth knowledge of the product.
  • Evaluate complex cases and ensure follow-up and resolution while maintaining accurate customer logs.
  • Assist customers with scanner setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
Operational Support
  • Track global shipments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support e-commerce operations across various platforms.
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate with warehouses.
  • Assist with new order placements and prevent stockouts.
Qualifications
  • Near-perfect English skills (C1+ minimum), both written and verbal.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar customer-facing or support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven track record of ownership and task follow-through.
  • Able to switch between customer support and internal ops tasks as needed.
