As a Customer Service Representative
You will be the face of our customers, interacting with them in our lobbies and at gates, helping with ticketing, baggage, and resolving travel issues. You will provide friendly, professional, and insightful service to make their experience memorable.
Your Responsibilities
- Receiving and directing incoming calls, greeting, and advising customers, tagging, and handling baggage
- Preparing tickets, determining fares and routing to ensure passenger travel needs are met
- Interacting with customers in a kind and useful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty
- Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility
- Working with a safety mentality to ensure high standards are met
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent certificate
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Portuguese
- Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shift, lift and handle baggage
- Ability to travel to other countries for training purposes
- Ability to work any shift assigned, including late nights, early hours, weekends, and holidays
- Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship
- Ability to meet company attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards
- Hold a valid passport and U.S. visa
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous airline, travel, or hospitality work experience
- Bachelor's degree
