Global Incident Solving Team Lead

The role involves overseeing a team responsible for delivering support to an international customer base.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cover capacity planning and resource management within the team, ensuring adherence to key performance indicators.
  • Manage employees, including remote sub-teams, focusing on feedback, career development, and employee relations.
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans for the team, preparing them for future challenges.
  • Execute product family/portfolio strategy in cooperation with other team leaders.
  • Lead and manage changes within the team.
  • Develop and maintain internal processes, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of end-to-end support services.
Key Requirements
  • University degree in computer science, business administration, or similar qualification.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in people management.
  • Excellent customer focus and strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and knowledge of support processes.
  • Fluent in English language.

Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
