Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about finance and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and providing financial and business analyses, supporting the business through generating financial solutions, and driving financial performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts in collaboration with business units and key stakeholders
  • Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast, providing insights into financial performance
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for senior leadership
Performance Metrics Monitoring
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the financial health and performance of the business
  • Analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance financial performance
Financial Reporting
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information and insights
  • Effectively communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the FP&A function
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and planning
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience and knowledge in financial analytics
  • Strong analytical, financial acumen, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required (preferred major in Economy, Accounting, Finance or Engineering)
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications/Licenses and Affiliations
  • Experience in data analytics dashboards (PowerBI, SAP Cloud Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience in data analytics tools (Alteryx, Knime, etc.)
  • Experience with ERPs, SAP 4/HANA, AFO, Anaplan

Proficiency: English (Intermediate/Advanced). Spanish considered as a plus.

The role is a fixed-term position with a duration of 24 months.
