Key Responsibilities:
  • Support strategic transformation projects in wholesale banking, treasury and capital markets
  • Analyze end-to-end financial processes (Front, Middle, Back Office & Risk) to identify areas for improvement
  • Contribute to requirements analysis, solution testing and delivery of innovative financial products
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand regulatory and operational challenges
  • Participate in innovation, digitization and automation initiatives in the financial sector
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in banking, consulting or financial projects
  • Basic knowledge of financial products (e.g., FX, fixed income, derivatives)
  • Genuine interest in capital markets, financial operations and risk management
  • Strong analytical, collaborative and learning mindset
  • Fluent in English language
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics/Statistics or Information Systems/Computer Science
