As a highly skilled Customer Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our software clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide High-Quality Customer Support: You will assist with product-related inquiries via phone and ticketing platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Technical Issues: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical software issues efficiently.
  • Document Client Interactions: Document all client and internal interactions within the Customer Support Ticket Tracking System.
  • Communicate Effectively: Use effective written and verbal communication with clients, colleagues, and partners.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Technical Experience: Proven working experience in providing help desk support or other customer support role.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Strong teamwork and communication skills, especially working with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
