Corporate Governance Specialist

The Legal Entity Management Desk plays a critical role in meeting regulatory and investigative obligations worldwide. This position collaborates with the Office of the Secretary to ensure effective governance across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Corporate Secretary with Board meetings and compliance with internal governance policies
- Schedule Board meetings
- Consolidate and distribute Board materials to stakeholders
- Complete post-Board meeting activities
- Maintain online corporate records in proper order
- Keep internal databases updated
- Attend Board meetings to provide live support
- Draft corporate documentation
- Work closely with partner teams to ensure a Legal Entity's overall compliance
- Provide project-specific support as requested by the Corporate Secretary
- University Degree/Advanced Student
- Strong analytical, research, organizational and relationship building skills
- Strong detail orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly detail-oriented, results-driven with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Takes accountability for work product and owns duties through completion with proper follow-up, resolves/escalates errors
