The Legal Entity Management Desk is a critical component of the Office of the General Counsel, responsible for ensuring effective governance across various regions. As a Corporate Governance Analyst in this team, you will support the Corporate Secretary with Board meetings and compliance with internal governance policies.
Key responsibilities include scheduling Board meetings, consolidating and distributing Board materials to stakeholders, completing post Board meeting activities, maintaining online corporate records, keeping internal databases updated, attending Board meetings to provide live support, drafting corporate documentation, and working closely with partner teams to ensure a Legal Entity's overall compliance.
Required skills and qualifications include advanced computer skills (e.g. MS Office Suite), strong analytical, research, organizational and relationship building skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivation and ability to work independently as part of a team are also essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Corporate Governance databases and applications, as well as at least 2 years related experience in corporate governance. Please submit your Resume in English.
