- Job Description:
- As a key member of our global legal team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate governance practices. Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries related to signing authority, reviewing and drafting various instruments such as Powers of Attorney, and escalating complex cases to the Line of Business (LOB) Legal team.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A law degree with at least 2 years of experience in corporate governance or a similar position is highly desirable. Excellent English language skills are essential, both written and verbal. Advanced computer skills, particularly with the MS Office Suite, are also required.
- Experience with corporate governance databases and applications is beneficial but not necessary. Strong analytical, research, organizational, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.
