Job Overview

This position is responsible for providing support to the Corporate Secretary with Board meetings and compliance with internal governance policies. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, research, organizational and relationship building skills.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines. Experience with corporate governance databases and applications is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Corporate Secretary with Board meetings and compliance with internal governance policies.
  • Schedule Board meetings and distribute materials to stakeholders.
  • Attend Board meetings to provide live support and maintain online corporate records.
  • Work closely with partner teams to ensure a Legal Entity's overall compliance.
Requirements:
  • University Degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Advanced computer skills and experience with MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, research, organizational and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years related experience in corporate governance.
  • Experience with corporate governance databases and applications.
