Women's Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Women's Health Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will provide exceptional care to women's preventive, gynecological, and obstetric needs in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient facilities. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic team environment.

  • Possible work hours: Monday-Thursday (8AM-5PM, 7:20AM-4:20PM, or 7AM-4PM), Fridays (8:20AM-4PM)
  • Evening sessions: seeing patients 10-7
  • No call
  • 90% Outpatient and 10% Rounding/Consults
  • Over 30 service sites for obstetrics and gynecology in 11 counties
Responsibilities

The Women's Health Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality patient care, including medical consultations, routine check-ups, and surgical procedures
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • National certification as a Women's Health Specialist
  • Board certification or eligibility
  • Licensure in the relevant state
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
