Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Technical Consultant to spearhead the design and delivery of transformative ITAM and ITOM solutions.

This key role involves translating customer business requirements into robust ServiceNow implementations, guiding clients on ITAM and ITOM adoption and maturity. You will configure and implement out-of-the-box functionalities, ensuring seamless solutions that meet business needs.

You will provide thought leadership, mentor other consultants, and act as a trusted advisor for complex client engagements. This requires deep knowledge of IT processes, including ITIL and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will drive adoption and business value realization by working closely with client stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.

Key Areas of Focus
  • IT Asset Management (ITAM): covering lifecycle management, procurement to disposal, license optimization, and compliance for major vendors such as Adobe, Microsoft, Oracle, and IBM
  • IT Operations Management (ITOM): covering Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, CSDM, and Integrations, including building and maintaining accurate CMDBs, aligning with CSDM, and leveraging Service Graph Connectors, Spokes, and native integrations
  • Security Operations (SecOps), desirable: covering incident response, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and security workflows
