Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Leader to spearhead our sales efforts and drive business growth through strategic commercial initiatives.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and developing impactful commercial strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans to achieve sales objectives and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and deliver results.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Drive operational excellence within the sales organization, ensuring seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in capital equipment and/or system sales, with 5 years of sales management experience.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a strong ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in process optimization, market insights, and customer opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
  • A degree in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or related field is preferred.
