- Creating Revit models
- Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings skills
- Prefabrication Spool Drawings
- Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Architecture and Modeler software proficiency
- Electrical design principles and calculations knowledge
- Interpreting single line diagrams
- Load calculations and voltage drop evaluations
