We are looking for an Accounting and Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and contribute to accurate and timely accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with financial systems and come from a fintech or payment background, bringing agility and technical expertise to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Work with various financial modules.
- Perform accounting reconciliations and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support operational and strategic finance initiatives.
- Utilize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in accounting operations, preferably in fintech or payment institutions.
- Proficiency in various financial software applications.
- SQL knowledge (ability to create and run queries – mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
