Job Role: Project Lead

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the successful delivery of assigned major projects. This involves:

  • Providing clients and subcontractors with a single point of contact and coordinating communications across various departments.
  • Preparing client documents and ensuring they meet project requirements.
  • Maintaining alignment between benefits realization and program objectives.
  • Representing the company at coordination status meetings.
  • Overseeing the project schedule and negotiating settlements for claims associated with the project.
  • Reporting progress against plans and taking corrective actions as required.
  • Proactively assessing and responding to risks spanning project components.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement based on tasks completed and focusing on continuous development.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of document and technical drawing interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly desirable.
  • Advanced English language skills are mandatory.
