We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team and focus on the day-to-day operations of equity programs.

This role will be responsible for executing end-to-end processes, managing data across various platforms, and acting as the first point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders regarding equity-related requests.

The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, high attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with Spanish being a strong plus. Experience with equity platforms and HR/payroll systems is also highly valued.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with equity operations (stock options, RSUs, phantom options) — ideally in a public company.
  • Strong technical skills, including process documentation and workflow mapping.

In this role, you will contribute to cross-functional projects related to global equity taxation, reporting, and process automation.

You will work closely with the PMO during quarterly equity grant cycles, ensuring timely execution of deliverables and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with equity operations, preferably in a public company.
  • Excellent technical skills, including process documentation and workflow mapping.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Experience with equity platforms and HR/payroll systems is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily equity operations with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage data across equity platforms, HRIS, and internal dashboards.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders regarding equity-related requests.
  • Coordinate execution with external vendors for daily operations and exception handling.
  • Draft and maintain operational process documentation.
  • Support the PMO during quarterly equity grant cycles.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation and reports to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
