**A**bout the Role**

Community Operations is pioneering how Uber manages the customer support around the globe and we’re looking for an **Reporting Specialist** to develop reports and solutions for our Centers of Excellence Sites in Brazil in Costa Rica.

As a partner to the Center of Excellence operations you will help support strategic decision making processes through your data management knowledge and operational mindset.
- Manage general operational reporting consolidation for the Center of Excellence leaders and senior management team in LatAm.
- Manage data deep dives and organization of periodical forums like the COE Monthly Business reviews;
- Be the liaison to the central Analytics & Insights team and global functions for the COE Operations to collaborate, build and maintain general operational reportings for the COE teams;
Build, maintain, and continuously optimize weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.

**Basic Qualifications & Soft Skills**
- At least 1 year of experience working with a variety of stakeholders and projects in fast paced environment and basic business acumen;
- Problem solving, collaboration, stakeholder management, and analytical skills;
- Support manager or project lead on cross-site level projects;
- Communicate and address blockers;
- Track & follow up with stakeholders on action items and deliverables;
- Structure projects and create project plans with milestones;
- Perform new business intakes and structure projects;
- Define and measure project targets for business metrics.

**Bonus Points**
- Experience working with customer service operational reporting;
- Python/data automation skills
