Supply Chain Finance Leader Role Summary:

This role involves managing the forecasting, tracking, and reporting of supply chain operations. It requires direct leadership over financial and balance sheet activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls, product fulfillment, and COGS booking.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Own P&L and balance sheet activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls, product fulfillment, and COGS booking.
  • Partner with plant leaders to improve productivity and gain visibility into labor and overhead costs.
  • Calculate labor and overhead costs rate, control utilization, and manage hours for all functions.
  • Develop operating mechanisms and key metrics in partnership with functional leaders.
  • Own CAPEX baseline, tracking, and IRR/Payback analysis.
  • Partner with costing teams to reduce variation, understand variance drivers, and optimize business results.
  • Responsible for inventory cycle count and partner with Supply Chain leaders to reduce variances.
  • Track progress against Commitment and drive issue resolution.
  • Act as finance focal to support Supply Chain Operation leaders to drive financial commitment and risk mitigation.
  • Drive cost optimization, ad-hoc project assignment, and process improvement.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supply chain finance experience.
  • Experience of managing a team.
  • Knowledge of accounting, regulatory, and tax policies and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills, clear thinking, and problem-solving ability.
