Key Responsibilities:- Manage High Call Volumes: Handle a substantial number of inbound and outbound calls from clients nationwide.
- Time Management: Demonstrate exceptional time management skills with a minimum proficiency of 8/10 required.
- Provide Accurate Information: Offer clear, precise details on mortgage products and services.
- Client Engagement: Build strong rapport by actively listening and addressing client needs effectively.
- Mortgage Guidance: Assist clients with their mortgage inquiries, providing tailored solutions and options.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and loan officer teams to ensure seamless communication and process flow.
- Clients Qualification Process.
- NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
- Minimum two years of sales experience and at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or related experience.
- Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment.
- Initial phone conversation with our Recruiter.
- Complete an assessment.
- Testing.
- Zoom interview with a Team Leader and Administrative Staff.
- Testing.
- Final interview with the CEO.
- Mandatory two-week training period for all new hires.
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
