Position SummaryThe Transformation Officer Lead will be responsible for supporting stakeholders to ensure success in our projects, governance, routine, deployment, and supporting our local structure. This position will lead projects in 1P (Fashion local production) and 3P (Marketplace), structuring problems, running qualitative and quantitative analyses, and presenting solutions to Senior Leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Problem structuring and analyses: Framing complex problems in a structured way, conducting analyses, and recommending actions based on results.
- Communication and presentation skills: Structured and clear verbal and written communication in presentations, active listening, and fast learning.
- Project management: Leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects from initiation to completion.
- Stakeholder management: Working closely with multiple key stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- People management: Supporting the Transformation Office team in decision-making, XFN teamwork, and encouraging idea generation.
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in Strategic Consulting, with a strong interest in e-commerce and the fashion industry.
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience.
- Strong project business management skillset: hypothesis-led problem solving, framing, and communicating complex ideas, thinking strategically.
- Bachelor's degree in Business areas related (Management, Finances, Economics, etc) or Engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
