Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of specialists to achieve timely and accurate collections of due invoices.

  • Develop and drive collections strategies to improve overall working capital.

  • Negotiate with customers to resolve issues promptly.

  • Engage stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Drive team performance and engagement.

  • Maintain adherence to company policies.

Skill Sets:

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Excellent negotiation and collections strategy development skills.

  • Familiarity with finance processes, particularly OTC end-to-end processing.

  • Experience with change management and process improvement.

  • Coaching and developing team members' skills and knowledge.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Fluent English language skills.
