The Acquisitions, Investments and Financial Advisory team is a fast-paced group involved in major transactions and strategic initiatives undertaken worldwide.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop rigorous financial models to support investment decisions.
- Discuss base case assumptions with team members.
- Build or audit financial models prepared by team members.
- Prepare accurate representations of financing, accounting and tax related inputs and projections.
- Analyze financial risks and impact on accounting.
- Assess contingency levels for areas of uncertainty.
- Document assumptions and results in investment notes/reports for management.
The analyst will also support managers in duties typically performed by the team.
Key Skills:
- Critical understanding of businesses being assessed.
- Financial modeling and analysis.
- Investment decision support.
- Funding options evaluation.
