As a key player in our cross-border imports team, you will drive business growth by analyzing market trends, onboarding vendors, negotiating terms, and handling promotions.

You will increase sales by driving store marketing initiatives, negotiating with partners to improve product selection, and adapting to industry-related economic trends. In this role, excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to analyze and communicate complex business structures.

Candidates should have strong ownership, innovation passion, and initiative, with the ability to drive negotiations to successful completion. Strong collaboration with teams including Retail, Finance, and Inventory Management is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Focus: Understand customer preferences, emerging market trends, and new business opportunities
  • Vendor Relationships: Audit performance, improve terms and cost structures through negotiation, and develop long-term partnerships to grow sales and product selection
  • Central and Functional Teams: Represent customer and business needs, drive system improvements to enhance customer experience, and implement initiatives to improve CX or reduce costs
