Corporate Finance Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team responsible for credit analysis. You will be involved in preliminary credit analysis, research, and analytical outreach to support ratings and presentations.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quantitative assessments of financial documents, asset performance, and economic/market data.
  • Analyze legal documents and contracts to understand issuance terms, structures, covenants, and guarantees.
  • Develop financial spreadsheets and charts, analyze data, build and update financial models, and write analytical commentary.
  • Identify trends in data, apply judgment to form well-supported credit conclusions, and develop a solid understanding of credit methodologies.
  • Support credit monitoring/surveillance of issuers by preparing data for surveillance and updating preliminary components of analysis.
  • Perform routine administrative and other ad hoc credit-related tasks as advised by direct supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Minimum undergraduate degree in economics, accounting, engineering, business administration, statistics, or similar field.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience (including internship).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
