As a seasoned M&A Analyst, you will be an integral part of our dynamic corporate finance advisory team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive financial models for M&A processes, including teasers, infomemos, and valuation reports;
  • Prepare detailed pricing and valuation assessments for companies;
  • Design and present pitchbooks and commercial presentations to stakeholders;
  • Create complex financial databooks and structure financial statements for clients;
  • Conduct thorough market research and industry research reports to inform business decisions;
  • Monitor the information flow in the M&A process, ensuring seamless due diligence processes;
  • Establish relationships with investors and clients to follow up on opportunities under discussion;
  • Collaborate with Associates and VPs in the execution of M&A projects, including sell-sides, buy-sides, carve-outs, and cross-border transactions in various sectors;
  • Connect our local team with funds and strategic players to pitch CFI mandates;
  • Identify and map opportunities for Cross-Border Deals in multiple sectors;
  • Solve complex and strategic situations, engaging in senior discussions with clients and investors;
  • You will build strong relationships with project parties and engage directly with clients, banks, advisors, and private equity parties;
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships, building trust through effective communication;
  • Participate in Sector Committees with other countries within the CFI group;
  • Engage in pitches and prospecting for new mandates;

Requirements
  • 2-7 years of experience in M&A - Required:
  • Fluent English language proficiency - Required:
  • Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics degree - Required:
  • Advanced knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Excel, and PowerPoint - Required:
  • Ability to work effectively in small teams and manage multiple projects - Required:
  • Strong organizational, analytical reasoning, and critical thinking skills - Required:
  • Negotiation skills - Required:
  • International experience - Desirable:
