Position Overview:

As the Senior Facilities Manager for the LATAM Region, you will oversee the delivery of comprehensive Facilities Management services across various countries, including Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Ensure the effective management of services while adhering to local regulations.
  • Establish a Governance Framework that enhances communication between clients and JLL, fostering a genuine partnership.
  • Continuously analyze performance reports to enhance service delivery and vendor effectiveness.
  • Implement strategies aimed at cost reduction and productivity enhancement.
  • Support organization-wide initiatives and oversee minor construction projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide various services.
  • Assist JLL Subject Matter Experts and generate portfolio management reports.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service levels and KPIs are met.
  • Deliver outstanding service based on client feedback and expectations.

Financial Oversight:

  • Develop and manage facility operating budgets, monitor variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Achieve financial efficiencies, prepare budget reports, and manage the annual budgeting cycle.
  • Oversee vendor payments while ensuring compliance with financial and contractual obligations.
  • Analyze current financial performance against budget and identify areas for improvement.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Lead recruitment initiatives and cultivate a high-performing team.
  • Engage in performance management and personal development strategies.
  • Mentor and support managers to foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Act as a representative and advocate for JLL.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering preferred.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
  • Extensive experience in facilities management with strong customer service capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the USA and across Latin America.
