Our team is seeking a senior-level Product Designer to guide the product experience and approach on features that empower our customers.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a storyteller who promotes the vision for the product through design exploration, documentation, and presentations. They will also be a doer who uses years of experience to quickly move projects forward using domain expertise, establishing principles, and conducting research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve project goals by collaborating with UX researchers, product managers, product marketers, and engineers.
  • Develop user-focused products that solve important problems through innovative design solutions.
  • Conduct research to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain design systems and standards to ensure consistency across the product.
  • Cultivate a collaborative mindset and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant design experience.
  • A portfolio that showcases work you were directly responsible for.
  • Experience as a primary contributor to multiple high-impact projects.
  • A willingness to get hands-on and personally recruit participants.
  • A passion to build products that make a meaningful impact.
