**The Role**
We are looking for a **Product Expert to act as the local focal point about our product** for our current and potential clients, as well as our various teams.
We are looking for a proactive person, with a **desire to make our clients and Factorial successful in Brazil **and beyond.
You will be **based in our São Paulo Office** with a hybrid and flexible working schedule.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Onboarding our most important clients from Brazil, **supporting them through phone, video call, mail during their first weeks implementing and using Factorial;
- **Understanding local needs and challenges **of our current and potential clients, as well as local **competitors, legislation and integrations** opportunities;
- **Working with our product teams on market specific features**, also helping them from discovery to launch of new features planned for all markets;
- **Being the "go to" person locally about our product** for the Sales and CX teams, communicating new and upcoming features and objectives.
**Required skills**:
- **Be an owner**: proactivity, problem solving mindset, positive attitude;
- **Fast Learner**:you will have to get to know our software fast and be quickly be able to onboard our new clients;
- **People skills**: you love to listen and help users, have great communication skills and can build solid and win-win relationships with our clients, teams and partners;
- **Product mindset**:you feel passionate about Factorial's software and ideally have some product related experience.
Creative problem solver with "MVP" mindset;
- **Analytical**:you are comfortable working with data and doing research of the market trends in order to extract valuable insights;
- **Bi-lingual**:
- **Speak native-level Brazilian Portuguese**:
- **Advanced English (speaking and writing)**:
- Other languages are a great plus (particularly Spanish).
