Brazil Law Tech Sales and Partnerships Lead

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnerships/Sales Lead to join our Brazilian law tech portfolio team. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with law tech companies, focusing on becoming a key partner for legal management software brands in Brazil.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in Portuguese, sales experience, and drive. They should be able to adapt to market changes and position superior products against competitors. Leadership skills, including building and supporting an outside sales team, are also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and deliver sustainable partnerships
- BUILD strong relationships with law tech companies and other stakeholders in Brazil
- Maintain knowledge of the Brazilian law tech market and competitive landscape
- Work closely with Dura's marketing teams to support sales efforts
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Portuguese
- Sales experience and drive
- Leadership skills, including building and supporting an outside sales team
- Ability to adapt to market changes and position superior products against competitors
- Brazilian market knowledge and understanding of the competitive tech landscape

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is around R$ 15,000 - R$ 25,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
