Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple tasks while providing exceptional customer service

Administrative and support needs for customers will be met, enabling them to focus on their business. This includes:
- Managing incoming calls and emails from customers
- Providing technical support and resolving issues
- Preparing meeting rooms and equipment for events
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Applicants should have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of problems and find creative solutions
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Experience using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
