Job Description:
  • Our company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Policy Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Policy Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by educating and advising clients on the policies that are best suited to their personal needs.
  • With your excellent relationship-building talents, you will help clients round out their accounts and maintain client retention and satisfaction.
  • With your keen attention to detail, you will update client information and assist clients with policy changes.
Requirements:
  • An Active Property & Casualty License is preferred. Licensing assistance is available.
  • 5+ Years of Customer Service Experience is Required.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • A team player who is self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to think critically.
