Mattan Law specializes in Immigration, Media & Entertainment, and Technology law. Our team understands that complex legal situations require innovative thinking and compassion. We strive to develop creative strategies that deliver optimal results for our clients.

The Associate position involves setting strategic direction, guiding clients, and reviewing the work of outstanding Case Managers using legal automation technology. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with correct legal standards related to various visa categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing immigration strategies and advising clients on relevant matters.
  • Reviewing and managing the work of Case Managers covering a range of visa categories.
  • Providing guidance and support to clients on electronic-posting processes for LCAs and recruitment processes for PERM applications.
  • Drafting complex filings as needed.
  • Ensuring all submissions meet high-quality standards for our clients.

Requirements:

  • JD or LLM degree and bar license from any US state.
  • 2-5 years of relevant immigration attorney experience and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Solid understanding and prior experience preparing and reviewing at least 3 of the following petition types: H1B, L1, E2, O1, PERM, EB1A, AOS.
