Staffing Associate Role

At our organization, we are looking for a highly skilled individual to take on the role of Staffing Associate. This is an ideal position for someone eager to learn and grow in the field of human resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by assisting with hiring processes and participating in people operations.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to coordinate tasks and ensure seamless administrative processes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Work independently to resolve problems and contribute to process improvements.
  • Participate in a dynamic environment where continuous learning and skill development are encouraged.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) as well as strong communication skills.
  • Interest in headhunting, people operations, and administrative work.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in administrative or service-related roles.
  • Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheet software.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments or startups.
  • International experience and undergraduate degree preferred.
