We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical assistance via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems. Your primary goal will be to resolve software, hardware, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to clients through various communication channels
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions and escalate issues when necessary
- Document client interactions, technical problems, and solutions in the support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely incident resolution and service requests
Requirements:
- Secondary education degree
- Proficiency in Spanish language
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Basic knowledge of help desk roles or customer support
- Understanding of computer operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), network fundamentals, and common software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
