The Registration Hub Associate role is an exciting opportunity to accelerate new seller acquisition through the New Seller Hub.
As a key member of our high-volume lead engagement environment for Brazil, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into Amazon sellers by guiding them through Registration, Verification, and Listing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service via email, phone, and chat to ensure prompt, efficient, and high-quality interactions with Amazon Leads and Sellers.
- Demonstrate ownership of every Seller interaction to achieve successful first-time resolution on all contacts.
- Work independently while utilizing departmental resources, policies, and procedures to drive results.
- Maintain high performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
- Develop expertise in Registration, Verification, and Listing requirements and processes for Amazon Brazil.
- 1+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Bilingual English/Portuguese with 90% proficiency in both languages.
- College Degree or currently in the last year of obtaining an undergraduate degree.
