High-Quality Software Engineer

We seek an experienced Java developer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software applications. This hybrid role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FHIR, as well as expertise in Spring Framework, Maven, and OOP principles. Experience with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB, is a plus.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required. Additionally, the successful candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be proficient in version control systems like Git.

The successful candidate will be based in Buenos Aires and will work on-site two days a week. The full-time role requires a long-term commitment.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software applications using Java and relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to junior engineers.
- Mentor junior developers and assist with knowledge sharing within the team.
- Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Java software development.
- Strong experience in FHIR and HL7.
- Proficiency in Spring Framework, Maven, and OOP principles.
- Experience with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
