The role of Senior Clinical Data Operations Specialist revolves around overseeing the management of clinical data in complex studies. This position demands meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities include:
Job Description- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of data management activities within specified deadlines.
- Maintain communication lines with clients/vendors regarding all aspects of data management and reporting.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute data management activities across various clinical projects, including EDC development, data collection, cleaning, reconciliation, database lock, and final integrated database development.
- Lead the team in clinical data management tasks such as study documents review, development and review of Data Management plans, coordination/execution of user acceptance testing, data entry supervision, data validation, inspections, discrepancies resolution, query generation, and resolution.
- Liaise with Document Center for TMF and eTMF maintenance.
- Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of full scope data management experience in international EDC studies.
- Proficiency in CDM/EDC systems (Medidata Rave or Oracle Inform preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Grow professionally by developing new skill sets and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
