Marketing Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our marketing team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

About the Role:
  • Daily interaction with third-party vendors, like media, PR and BTL agencies, to manage day-to-day tasks and projects.
  • Building relationships with other departments within the company to foster collaboration and improve internal communication.
  • Coordinating payments and purchases of the area, ensuring timely and accurate financial management.
  • Developing briefs and following asset creation with partners for campaigns, promoting effective project execution.
  • Supporting the marketing manager in retrieving and analyzing internal data for informed decision making.
  • Creating presentations and spreadsheets frequently to present to upper management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate across multi-functions and levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural environment, understanding diverse perspectives and needs.
  • Self-motivated individual who works well with colleagues and external partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office to efficiently create and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required for this position, enabling seamless communication and collaboration.
