Job Description

You will contact suppliers, analyze costs and benefits, capture suppliers to form a vendor list, qualify them based on scope and nature of acquisition, prepare Invitation Letters/Bidding Notices, and participate in technical-commercial alignment meetings.

You will also negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best commercial conditions, respecting procurement policies and compliance standards.

  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts.
  • Analyzing commercial proposals for scope adherence.
  • Supporting procurement processes and ensuring compliance with company policies.
About Our Ideal Candidate

We seek an experienced Supply Chain Negotiator who can manage demands with urgency and prioritization, proactively support internal clients in project activities aligned with planning, identifying opportunities, delivering solutions, and facilitating cost reduction within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have higher education in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Law, Accounting, Logistics, or International Relations, as well as experience in supply chain, logistics, negotiation, and cost analysis.

A strong knowledge base in negotiation tables, proposal analysis, cost analysis, intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills, ERP usage, and contract drafting is essential for this role.
